"In my research, I investigate how carers can address the complex needs of patients and the social determinants of health. Primary and long-term care is an increasingly important field of nursing care. The conditions that enable carers to expand their scope of action are an important topic. With my research, I would like to contribute to a fair healthcare system. Studies in different healthcare systems are key to being able to learn from other countries." (Kerstin Hämel)

* Innovations in primary and long-term care from an international comparative perspective
